Meet Stacy Buscemi

Stacy is a business operations consultant and marketing strategist for businesses in the medical and dental fields. While medical and dental are her specialties, Stacy has and currently works with other businesses outside the realm of healthcare.  She is the founder of SRB Consultant Group, LLC.

With 28 years of hands-on experience in practice management, overseeing business operations and marketing strategies for existing and start-up practices, Stacy has started and managed one-million to six-million-dollar businesses. 

 

Stacy was able to gain a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience that she utilized to excel in her career. Combined with a college background in Business Administration, extensive training, and additional courses in practice management, business operations, customer service| communication skills, and marketing,  all have been vital tools in her journey. 

 

 Stacy's ability to develop strong team members with excellent client connection and communication skills keeps her in high demand.  She has facilitated numerous business acquisitions, start-up businesses, and even relocations.

Her expertise is proven by years of success in all aspects of business operations and is recognized as a leading business operations consultant and marketing strategist in the United States.

In the year 2020, she started SRB Consultant Group, where she could use her hands-on experience, knowledge, and skills in business operations, customer service and team building coaching, and marketing strategies to help new and aspiring business owners launch successful businesses.
